Each year, 80% of our organization’s yearly operating budget supports our teachers’ salaries, the schoolrooms they teach in, and the supplies they use to educate the students of Siddhartha School. That is why we created the Fund for Teachers in 2020.

The Fund For Teachers

The Fund for Teachers is dedicated to providing our teachers with fair and reliable salaries, clean and safe schoolrooms, and fresh supplies they need to bring education to the children of Ladakh. This permanent fund will sustain the vision of our founder, Khensur Rinpoche, in perpetuity.
